Please also note that we do our best to match the durians that we have received for the day based on your expectations, however, durians are natural fruits, and the actual taste and texture may not be 100% to your exact liking. We urge consumers to exercise reasonable judgement and be more open to various taste and texture profiles of durians.

• Durians will come de-husked and packed into a heat sealed box
• Each box will be 400G +/- 20G
• Total you will receive 3 boxes 
• Mixture of large and small seeds
• Durians may reach you chilled for food safety and quality assurance
  
• Please note that this order is a pre-order product, delivery will commence from 17th June 2024 onwards
• Redemption period will be within 30 days from 17th June
• Do select the delivery date when you checkout
• In liew of insufficient durian on the day, your order may be pushed to the next
  following day.

We work with selective farms and distributers in Malaysia to assure quality is observed and maintained during the season period. Durians will arrive daily to our store and final Quality Check from us to de-husked, pack and deliver to all our customers.

In Vlack. we practice 100% Replacement/Refund Policy.(Subjected on a case by case basis)

In the event if the durians that reach you is unripe, pls follow steps below:

1. Please contact us straight with your order number.

2. Photos/Video to be send to us indicating the problem you are facing.

3. Do not continue to consume the durian. Contain the durian at current box.

4. Wait for 1 to 1 replacement from our courier.

5. Vlack remains the final decision in an event of any disputes.
