We do our best to match the durians that we have received for the day based on your expectations, however, durians are natural fruits, and the actual taste and texture may not be 100% to your exact liking. At Vlack, we adhere to a 100% Replacement Policy, which is assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the durians you receive are unripe, please follow the steps outlined below:

1. Immediately contact us with your order number.
2. Send us photos/videos showing the issue you're experiencing.
3. Refrain from consuming the durian and keep it contained in its current box.
4. Await a one-to-one replacement from our courier.
5. Vlack reserves the right to make the final decision in the event of any disputes.

For self collection at our store, you can check with us the available pick up time depending on the time the durians arrive at our store.
