Shipping policy
All deliveries will be fulfilled in the same working days unless otherwise stated. For pre-order items the lead time will be communicated or informed through our customer service team.

If Vlack Pte Ltd is unable to fulfil the order due to unforeseen circumstances, resolution will be provided in the following order

● we will notify you on the new delivery date
● exchange the item to something of the similar value
