Everything You Need to Know Before Your Durians Arrive
Delivery Zones & Cut-Off Times
We deliver across most areas in Singapore. Order before 2:00PM (subject to availability).
Orders after 2:00PM will be scheduled for the following day
6:00PM – 9:00PM
If you have specific timing requests, do let us know in advance — we’ll do our best to accommodate.
🕒 Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery
We offer same-day delivery for in-stock items ordered before the cut-off time.
For peak durian seasons or large orders, next-day delivery may apply.
You'll receive a WhatsApp update when your delivery is en route.

📦 Self Pickup
Prefer to collect it yourself? No problem.

Operating Hours for Pickup:
Daily, 6:00PM – 9:00PM

💳 Payment Methods
We accept payment via credit card, CDC vouchers and cash or paynow if you do a self pick up.
🔁 Refund & Exchange Policy
In the event if the Products that reach you is bad, pls follow steps below:
1. Please contact us straight with your order number.
2. Photos/Video to be send to us indicating the problem you are facing.
3. Do not continue to consume the durian. Contain the durian at current box.
4. Wait for 1 to 1 replacement from our courier.
To start a return, you can contact us at enquiries.vlack@gmail.com or Customer Service (8770 9601), Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
