Seeds are loyalty points you earn when you interact with VLACK — every time you shop, refer, or celebrate a birthday, you plant more Seeds. The more Seeds you grow, the juicier the rewards.

Earning Seeds with VLACK is simple and rewarding — just by enjoying what you already love. First things first, when you sign up as a new member, you’ll instantly receive 50 Seeds to get you started.
Every time you shop with us, you’ll earn 1 Seed for every $1 spent, whether it's for our premium durians, desserts, or gelato.
Have a birthday coming up? Great news — you’ll be gifted an extra 50 Seeds to celebrate your special day! Just make sure to update your birthdate in your membership account under the “Earn Points” section so we know when to surprise you.
Want even more Seeds? Invite your friends to join the VLACK family. When they make their first purchase using your referral, you’ll receive 80 Seeds, and your friend gets $8 off their order. Sharing durians has never been more rewarding!

Q: Can I use Seeds and get VIP discounts at the same time?
A: No, you can use either Seeds OR VIP tier discounts for each transaction.
Q: Will my VIP tier expire?
A: You will be downgraded to the next lower tier after 12 months from hitting the VIP tier. You can continue to accumulate seeds to stay on the current tier or to move up to the next tier!
Q: How do I check or update my birthday?
A: Go to your membership account, under the "Earn Points" section, and add your birthday to start receiving birthday Seeds.
